Project WBS LGBTQ+ Professional Guest Speaker Event Scenario: You work within the project management office of the school, and you have been assigned to plan and implement a Guest Speaker presentation event that features professionals from the LGBTQ+ community. This professional guest speaker event aims to build awareness and knowledge of the significant contributions that members of the LGBTQ+ community have made in society and provide networking opportunities for all students. You hope to enlist professionals from a wide range of industries such as business, technology, creative arts and social justice. It is an inclusive event, and all students and staff are welcome to register to attend. After researching the benefits, stakeholder interest and preliminary requirements for the project, your team is coming together to design a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which will graphically depict the deliverables required to successfully launch your LGBTQ+ Professional Guest Speaker Event. To complete the WBS for the project. 1. Your WBS must have at least 3 levels. a. The first level of the WBS will be the project level - LGBTQ+ Professional Guest Speaker Event. b.
