Proper knowledge of the healthcare system at the local level is important for different purposes when preparing the introduction of the EBP. Firstly, it takes different resources from the local level to enforce the EBP. Human capital and sufficient funding are included in these services. In implementing the EBP the human resource is needed for leadership and also for competence .It is therefore necessary to have a detailed understanding at the local level of the available human resources with respect to the number of medical personnel that are available. The local organizational structure of the healthcare system plays a vital role in facilitating the effective implementation of the EBP. Empirical evidence suggests that corporate leadership's willingness to adopt evidence-based practice facilitates the availability of other vital tools, such as support, training programs and sufficient human resources.
