Proportion is one way of discussing fairness and justice. With that in mind, the current election system we have in the United States of America isn't directly proportional. Using the 2010 Census, the electoral college is distributed and used to cast a vote for our president.

a)How could we better adapt and make use of our Electoral College to represent our votes across the country to elect our president and would it match the popular vote? If we removed Electoral College, how would that affect our election?
