To engage in effective cross-cultural communication in organizations one has to be mindful of the people around them. Speaking slower and clearly articulating words make it easier to understand. As well as writing down what you are trying to communicate some people can understand languages by reading instead of speaking. When in an organization there tend to be questions asked and to get everyone to participate one should avoid asking yes or no answers try and make everyone comfortable to hear their opinions. Another thing to note is that every culture is different just because you know one word in Spanish, for example, doesn't mean that that word has the same meaning as it does in English. . Describe the positive leadership styles and relationships. Positive leadership styles and relationships all fit into not making yourself "above" or "in [Charge" of anyone else. Everyone is human everyone makes mistakes so not being afraid to share and admit when you did something wrong can help expand the relationships you have with your peers. A positive leader is always true to themself they aren't trying to bribe people into liking them instead they are doing/saying things they actually stand for
