• Is there law relevant to this issue? For example, was your whistleblower being asked or observed an act that was opposing to existing law?
• Is there existing policy that violates the act? If you feel the policy is wrong, how would you proceed to changing or highlight the policy? If there is no policy but you feel there needs to be one implemented, how would the policy read?
• What ethical system does your chosen whistleblower seem to fit into?
• Do you agree with their choice? Does your ethical system align with your selected whistleblower's ethical system?
