Purpose of this Assessment This competency studies what people think, feel. and do in organizational settings, focusing on individual, interpersonal, group. and organizational processes. The primary objective of this Summative Assessment is to demonstrate your understanding of organizational dynamics by analyzing a real-time experience in an organization in which you workfvolunteer or in another type of group of which you are a member.
