There will be at least 3 parts to this program as the semester continues.

Password Manager Part I

Your program will create a program called PasswordManager, that will manage a single password.

PasswordManager:

The PasswordManager will asks the user for a password. If the users password does not meet the criteria a message should be displayed to inform of which criteria is missing.

Password Manager returns true if it meets the following criteria:

it is at least 8 characters long

it contains at least one letter

it contains at least one digit

it contains at least one of these four characters: , ?, ! --- Otherwise it returns false.
