Python tracing!!

payroll = [2000, 3000, 1500] authorised = 0 overpaid = []

I think authorised should be 7000 after the 2nd time else, however there is no such a number in the selection...and also I think i got wrong for the overpaid which i think it should be [1,1] for the second time and [1,1,1] for 3rd time. However, I'm totally wrong!! IF SOMEONE CAN HEEEEELP ME OUT AND EXPLAIN!!! THANKS!!!!
