The contract under which you are working is unlimited employment contract signed between the UAE car company as the first party and yourself as second party, You are earning income of AED 22,100/- per month as per following breakdown Basic salary 5,000 monthly Transportation: 4100 monthly Social Allowance 7,000 monthly Accommodation 6,000 monthly After completion of six (6) years and four (4) month of service, the employer terminated your contract with one-month notice. According to the contract and UAE labour law you are entitled to end of service gratuity After completion of one month of service the employer request additional 6 month as hand over which you agreed in your contract. If you don't complete these six months, the company is asking you to compensate them You only used 10 days of your annual leave before you were terminated.
