Q1. Lock down in the pandemic situation impacted operations of the company. Due to which they were forced to reduce the working hours and maintain social distancing and hence, could not operate with full force. This led to them suffering heavy losses, further to balance this situation they had to enforce the reduction in salary which went about with initially giving 50% of the salary for few months and then later they stopped paying the salary due to unavailability of Funds. Now the operations have started but company is still facing financial crisis. Workers are demanding their pending wages but due to heavy losses company is unable to pay them the salary of lock down period. Although employer is paying them their current salary as per policy. a.
