Project Management Office is established at GIMS to facilitate the students related to their final year projects. When Students are enrolled in last year of their Degree Program. They are asked by PMO office to submit their Final Project Proposal. They are given a form called “Final Year Project Proposal Form” on which students have to provide following Details.

• Details about Project Idea

After getting form from student the PMO office decides whether the Idea is up to the mark or not. PMO Office can REJECT the Idea if it feels not applicable, or send this form to Proposal Evaluation Committee for further Discussion. PMO office has to deal with this process manually as there is no any web-form linked with GIMS Website related to FYP activity. Your Task is to

1. Plan and DESIGN a Web-Page “fyp-proposal” containing FORM according to following Information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

• 1^st Student’s Name & Roll Number                                      
• 2^nd Student’s Name & Roll Number
• 3^rd Student’s Name & Roll Number
• Degree Program
• Semester
• Batch
• Cell numbers of all students
• Emails of all students
• Name of Supervisor

PROJET IDEA

• Project Title
• Problem Statement 
• Proposed Solution
• Tools and Technologies to be used

2, Apply Form Validation on Form using JAVASCRIPT by taking care of following                  

• Name ->Type and Length
• Roll Number-> Type length and Format e.g 16-Arid-1607
• Image-> Size max 25kb, type JPEG
• Cell Number-> length, Format and type XXXX-XXXXXXX
• Problem Statement -> 500 characters max so for the proposed solution

3. Make DATABASE named as “PMO” and Table name as PROPOSALS. When USER Submits Form.  INSERT the FORM values in PROPOSALS Table with Roll PROJECT ID as Primary key (Auto-Increment).           

4. Make a Page “”Admin.php” . Read the Table RPROPOSALS from DATABASE PMO and show all records on the page in TABULAR FORM. There must be an option ACCEPT or REJECT for every record to be displayed.
