July 14: After negotiations with Southgate Inc. concerning problems with the merchandise purchased on July 2, received a credit memorandum granting a price reduction of $2,400. d. July 23: Weber Inc. purchased merchandise on credit from Dylex Corporation, terms 2/15,n/60, $7,000, FOB destination. e. July 23: Paid Southgate Inc. the balance due. f. July 27: After negotiations with Dylex Corporation concerning problems with the merchandise purchased on July 23 , received a credit memorandum granting a price reduction of $2,200. g.
