He was willing to pay up to US$40,000 if the condition of the aircraft is good. John wrote to Ali informing him that he had such a Cessna aircraft in good condition and the sale price is US$35,000. c. John purchased a drone for a price of $800 which come with a one year warranty. The supplier also offered an extension of the warranty to two years if John would pay an additional $100 within six months of the purchase. After 13 months of using the drone, the drone developed problems and John sent $100 via PayNow to the supplier. In the comments accompanying the payment, he stated that the amount is for extension of the warranty by another year. He then sent the drone to the supplier for warrant claim. The supplier repaired the drone but charged John $200 for repair. As John had earlier sent $100, the supplier demanded another $100 for the repair. Failing which, the supplier would not release the drone to John. The supplier also informed John that the warranty is not extended. Advise John.
