The eight ate cafe, is a famous cafe in north Sydney, where on weekends it is usually busy, the quality of food, cafe and service are great, they are always looking for improvements, we would have as two strategic goals at the moment, to increase the service quality even more because the cafe still has some complaints and attend weddings and events with the lunch menu, keeping the quality of the food and service on this new time of activity.

Through research we will be able to verify if in fact the chances of this new branch of activity will be profitable, care and prioritizing maintaining the image of our brand, so everything will have to be done with great care and quality in every way.

Our audience will be people of both sexes over 24 years old, who organize events on their own, and people who are intending to hold a wedding party, our audience has a high purchasing power in the cafe, and as we already have this audience we will keep it this pattern.

To carry out the research, we will use the following steps in addition to forms sent by email to our customers who have already placed orders from us during the festive season.
