Case#1: There should be a thorough & transparent investigation of the citizen under trail to arrive at a better legal consensus. The evidence of people protesting against the trail of the person can be considered as an evidence in avoiding the trail (Action) on the person - if he is innocent or framed (falsely charged).Only the thorough investigation would change the direction & course of this case.

Case#2: Yes John is eligible & proceed for filling the patent for his invention before this invention is intimated (copied) by some other person.

Case#3: Yes, Ted is most likely to succeed because as per the legal process "probate" is the court-supervised process of gathering a deceased (dead) person's assets & distributing them to inheritors. Because the will has clearly avoided the provision of transferring the fortune to the next generation of Jones. If Jones was not ready to transfer any fortune to his son then he should have clearly mentioned it in the will.

Case#4: This case represents the scenario when the insured undergoes an major accident & un-fortunate death wherein the insured gets the death coverage money. However if the insured have died on the same accidental spot then his beneficiaries would have been handed over the double premium amount.
