Separately for each of the five IR perspectives, briefly describe how an observer, with that IR (industrial relations) perspective, would view the concept of alleged time theft among white collar workers in Canada who have been working at home for the vast majority of the last few years. Discuss things like how common so-called time theft likely is, who is to blame, and whether or not (suspicious) employers are entitled to order their remotely-working full-time employees back to the office for at least 3 days per week.

Separately for each of the five IR perspectives, briefly discuss the sorts of (industrial relations oriented) public policies that provincial governments in Canada should implement or maintain, and briefly discuss what those public policies should try to achieve.
