The main function of field oxide in this figure is to electrically isolate the device from one another. Based on the Figure 1, predict and explain in detail the possible Number 2 issue that occurred in the device. Then, suggest the solution to eliminate the issue. The solution must include the cross-section with complete label. The answer should not exceed 1 page with single spacing. The list of reference used and URLs should be provided if applicable.
