Question 1
What may be three cultural values that may be the same across cultures/ethnicities?
Example:
One cultural value that may be universal across all cultures is the value of family, and the impact that it has on your life, values. All families have their own dynamic, and all cultures value the importance of family a little differently. Some cultures are very family oriented while others are more individualistic. Another value that is seen across all cultures is religion and belief. I believe this because everyone looks up to something to believe, or some people don't belive in anything. Religion spans back forever, and is all across the Earth in many cultures whether it's Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, etc. It's important in forming specific cultural beliefs, and promotes values and morals. The third value that I believe is apparent across all cultures is tradition. Tradition is important because from a cultural standpoint, it is all of customs and beliefs passed down from generation to generation in an individual culture.
