What I believe is the most harmful to the parties to engage in would be where there is a life or death situation. In that case where one of them didn't meet the agreement or their part of the share leading to consequences following regardless if the other party is risking themselves to be in that position. Most likely they will get something at of that party with the slight chance of getting caught and to face YEARS of prison. Another one would be Adhesion Contracts where they attempt to rush you into signing an agreement like "Take it or Leave it," most the of time even though they are offering something big and rewarding when they overhype it is usually because there is a little problem which could lead up to a big one sometime in the future but since you signed your problem. Harmful to society would be the exchanging of illegal medication or drug trafficking, this leads to a chain of suppliers and demanders of all ages. This creates addiction, violence's, and prison time leading to drawbacks.
