They ask you what the most important things they need to know to successfully build their own information system. They also want to know what they need to be aware of to avoid failure. The business experts start working on the system and are quite confident in their work until they start to realize they are focusing too much on what they want without considering what the rest of the department wants. You explain to them what they need to do to make sure they satisfy everyone's needs. Finally the system is complete and everyone in the department is satisfied. The young business experts are ready to move back to their regular work. You warn them that their jobs are not complete and they still need to keep their focus on their new system.
