Question 36 is an Essay Question, and your answer is worth thirty (30) points.

You advertised your car for sale in a Craigslist ad, and I answered. After exchanging several e-mails, we met in the student parking lot on campus. To our surprise, we have already met! You have just verbally contracted with me to sell me your car for $5,000.00, in "as-is" condition. We will meet at 6:35 on May 18, 2015, to exchange my personal check in the agreed upon amount, for your car. Based on our agreement, you immediately make arrangements to purchase a new vehicle at a local dealership. You do not know my actual age, but have just heard through the grapevine that I may or may not be seventeen (17) years old, and that I may or may not be facing charges for writing bad checks. Since our agreement, you have not been able to get ahold of me, and are concerned that I may not show up to purchase your car, as agreed. Moreover, you are also concerned that if I do show up to purchase the car, that I will write you a bad check for the purchase price.
