QUESTION 6 Fisher Motors is a car business specializing in used Commodores. Mary talks to Warwick (the owner of the business) about a blue 2000 Commodore in which she is particularly interested. She asks Warwick whether it has any rust and he answers "absolutely not!" when, in fact, he knows that the car has lots of rust. Satisfied with the negotiations Mary buys the car for $5000. When she shows it to her friend Andy, a panel beater, he exclaims "why did you buy that piece of junk? It's riddled with rust!" Mary has now come to you for legal advice. Explain your advice regarding Warwick's statement concerning the absence of rust under both common law and the ACL. Explain if your advice would be different if Mary didn't think to ask about the rust and Warwick didn't mention it
