Question 7 Assume that an investor has $1000 dollars at the beginning of the week and he has an opportunity to invest at the start of everyday of the week (Week starts from Monday and ends on Sunday). If investor invests x dollars on that day, in addition to initial investment he invests 0.5x dollars the next day, then the total return is 2x dollars on the third day. So, in two days the profit is 0.5x dollars. The investor wants to define an investment schedule that maximizes his total cash on Sunday.
