Sharon rushed to the supermarket, chose one of the laptops and took it to the payment counter. The salesperson at the counter told her that the supermarket had increased the price of the laptop and the new price of the laptop was RM750 Sharon refused to buy the laptop at that price. She seeks your advice whether the supermarket is contractually bound to sell the laptop to her at the advertised price of RM700. Advise Sharon. [10 marks] (b) Colin a 13 years old teenager,entered into a hand-phone shop to buy the latest model,VIVO smartphone coting RM1,500.Colin paid a sum of RM150 as deposit and the balance was to be paid the next day. The dealer allowed Colin to take the phone home.Colin now refuses to pay the balance sum. Is the contract valid voidable or void?
