Rio 2016 Spokesperson Mario Andrada said that we should give these "kids" a breok. So my question is: Are Leagues, companies with endorsement contracts, and spokespeople trying to usurp the legal sytem (or use their own system of law?). The United States legal system seems to work, Should these entities wait for the court system to make a legal decision, before suspending, fining, puling endorsement contracts and making decisions about players?
