You will see that the leagues took action, and in some cases, traditional "law" took action (prosecution). Rio 2016 Spokesperson Mario Andrada said that we should give these "kids" a breok. So my question is: Are Leagues, companies with endorsement contracts, and spokespeople trying to usurp the legal sytem (or use their own system of law?). (Explain - using information obtained from Chapter 1. The United States legal system seems to work, Should these entities wait for the court system to make a legal decision, before suspending, fining, puling endorsement contracts and making decisions about players? Include in your discussion, what you think about players or owners "messing up" in their personal lives.
