The amount shown as unearned graphic revenue represents payment received from customers in advance. During June, Rs.40,000/-of this amount was earned by the TRC Graphics. (iii). Salaries earned by employees but not yet paid amount to Rs.3.000/- at June 30. (iv). No entry has yet been made to record Rs.4,000/- earned in June but not yet billed to clients. (v). Four months' rent (9,000) had been prepaid on May, 1. vi). Insurance (1,000) expired during month of June. Requirements:- (a). Prepare adjusting entries (6marks) (b) Prepare adjusted trial balance.
