1) In form of a table, compile numerical data on thefollowing variables for the last 8 years (if available): Dividends Per Share (DPS),Earnings Per Share (EPS), Board Size (BS), Board Independence (BI):(Given asratio of the number of Nonexecutive Directors to total Board Size), AuditCommittee Size (ACS), & Sales Revenues (SR).

2) Compute the basic summary measures (Arithmetic Mean, Geometric Mean and

Median), and also dispersion measures (Variance, Coefficient of Variation & the

degree of skewness) for each of the variables listed above.

3) If the logarithm of sales revenue is affected by board independence only, generatea simple linear regression model for this relationship.

4) Make a thorough explanation in form of a simple management report to a nonstatistician senior management team on the true meaning of the coefficientsobtained, and descriptive measures obtained from part D (1)

5) You are advised to use Microsoft- excel in your computation of descriptivemeasures and generation of the simple linear regression model. Ensure that youattach that excel sheet in your submission
