Question W After marrying Miss Piggy and realizing that the world has become more open-minded than it used to be, Kermit creates and copyrights a dating website geared specically toward those who are willing to enter into mixed marriages (for example: frog/pig, human/droid, Red Sox fan/Yankee fan...). Kermit's website does extremely well. and brings in obscene revenue for 3 years. In the 4th year of the website's existence, Grumpy who can't get anyone to marry him even though he's been a member of the website since its inception - gets, well... grumpy. and decides that if he can't benet from the website by nding a male, at least he can copy Kermit's website and make some money off of the happiness of others. Grumpy copies just about = everything from Kermit's website, including the layout and the method of registration. The website even has an almost identical name. The only thing Grumpy does differently is that he charges $10 less than Kermit charges to become a member of the website. In the rst year after Grumpy's website goes up, Kermit's business goes way down, and he loses an unbelievable amount of money. Kermit is sure that Grumpy copied his website, and he wants to sue Grumpy for copyright infringement. The only problem is that lawsuits take a while, and Kermit wants Grumpy to be stopped right now. He thus petitions the court for an injunction telling Grumpy to stop operating his website until the case is resolved. Will Kermit likely prevail? Why or why not
