For traffic violations, customers enter their vehicle registration number along with their national number. The violations will appear on the display along with the fines cost. They can pay them through the machine by a valid debit/ credit card and an SMS message is sent to their mobile phones. Taking an appointment with the labor market regulatory agency (LMRA) is made by selecting the option from the screen menu and writing the reason for visit and identifying the time of visit and an SMS message

is sent to their mobile phones. For the payment of business registration fees, customers select the option from the menu and enter their commercial registration number and pay by debit card and an SMS message

is sent to their mobile phones. For the registration for social events, Sadad machines system transfers

customers to the website of the ministry of culture and tourism so they can get informed about the events, dates, fees, and discounts. They can pay right after they select the events, and an SMS message is sent to their mobile phones. For the payment of telephone charges, the system transfers customers to the right service provider so they can pay through Sadad machine only in cash and an SMS message is sent to their mobile phones.
