Rahman is a form 4 student of a local secondary school in Temerloh, Pahang. He is very active and excel in golf. He was selected to represent Pahang for the upcoming Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA), which will be held soon. Realizing the fact that the event is just around the corner, he need to equipped himself with proper gears, especially golf clubs. He went to a local sports store to purchase a few golf clubs, to be used for the event itself. He selected a few clubs, which all of them are of Callaway brand, which cost RM11,000 in total. Rahman tried to negotiate on the price, but unfortunately, he failed. He eventually asked the seller on whether he can pay the clubs later, after the event, since he received no incentives yet from the sponsors. Even though the seller is quite reluctant to allow that to happen, but based on the previous experience that he had with Rahman, he agreed on it.

Due to his poor performance during SUKMA, Rahman received no incentives from the sponsor, rendering him shortage of money to pay for the clubs. Upon receiving calls from the shop, Rahman either creates excuses or rejected the call directly. Due to such circumstances, the seller wants to take legal action on Rahman, for the amount he failed to settle. Determine whether:

1) There is a contract established between Rahman and the seller (15%)

2) The seller can legally claim the amount from Rahman (5%)
