Razak, a wedding consultant, was asked to manage a wedding reception. Razak bought 200

bouquets of white roses with amount of RM10,000 from Lili Florist for that wedding

decoration. Razak paid a deposit of RM1,000 to Lili Florist. As the wedding will be held in two

weeks, Razak asked Lili Florist to keep the roses at their shop.

The next day, Tasha came to Lili Florist and asked for all the roses because her wedding will

be held in next two days. Lili Florist sell the roses to Tasha. When Razak came to pick up the

roses, he was told that the white roses were sold to Tasha.

At the same time, Razak and his partner Azwan bought a set of an expensive wedding chair,

and it was kept in Azwans house. A day before the wedding, Razak found out that Azwan sold

that wedding chair to Aini. Aini thought that the chair belongs to Azwan solely.

Advise Razak according to the Sales of Goods Act 1957. (25 marks)
