While we are all familiar with the benefits of E-Learning in the academic environment (using Canvas at GSC for example), its application in the business sector may not be as readily obvious. Discuss the benefits and drawbacks of business-oriented E-Learning offerings (such as LinkedIn Learning) and whether it offers real value to the workforce. Is the curriculum of sufficient variety to meet the professional development needs of today's workforce, and of sufficient depth to be beneficial to the organization also?
