Bouquet International Customer Service,
Please give me a refund for a failed Valentines flower delivery. My Valentines rose bouquet was delivered on February 13 as I had requested when I ordered it on February 8, but the FedEx package arrived with a broken vase, and my girlfriend rightly sent back the flowers. The surprise was ruined; the flowers were not delivered as I had hoped.
My girlfriend refused the unopened package because when the flowers were delivered, the sound of broken glass was heard distinctly. In fact, it was the FedEx delivery driver who suggested that the addressee had the right to refuse the package, which is what my girlfriend did. However, three days later, the same package was apparently delivered again to the same address although it had previously been refused. This time, my girlfriend was not in her office. One of her colleagues signed for the package, but later Sue called FedEx to return it again, and a driver came to pick it up.
My order number was 106-928959 for $73.25. Please credit my VISA card ending with the numbers 3461 for this amount. Because I have relatives on the East Coast and in Europe, I would like to use your company to send flowers fairly regularly, something that may depend on a speedy resolution of this mishap. I trust that this was an unfortunate exception.
