Recall that caching stores a subset of content from a slow device to a fast

device. This works because of the access locality, i$.$e$.,$ there is a much higher probability

that access frequently occurs for the content in the cache. Suppose that $(1)$ a slow device

access time is $10$ times slower than a fast device, $(2)$ the fast device has a storage capacity

$10\%$ of the storage of the slow device, and $(3)$ uniform access to each item, i$.$e$.,$ the

probability of accessing any item in the slow device is the same. Please illustrate why

cache fails in this case
