The first employee washes hair and spends 20minuteson each customer. The second employee spends 15 minutes cutting the hair. The third employee blow-dries the customers’ hair and spends 10minutes on each customer. The fourth employee settles payment and spends 5 minutes on each customer. Suppose that you are the shop manager, you want to analyze this process. 

(a)Draw a flow diagram for this system.

(b)Find the capacity of the current system.

(c) If you add one employee, which task should you assign him to? What is the capacity of the system now?

(d)For the original system (with 4employees), which of the following option is more beneficial? Please explain the reasons well. 

Option 1: Use your solution in part (c); 

Option 2: Train the person work in station 4 to wash hair.Move this person to wash hair together with the one in station 1. In this case, each worker can work on one customer separately in parallel.Let the worker previously in station 3 work on blowingdry hair and settlingpayment.We assume there is no additional cost incurred by training employees.
