Recognizing that some places will be altered or lost to sea level rise and other climate-induced hazards, this project considers commemoration as a resilience strategy. Students will select one place of cultural, historical, or environmental importance (often termed heritage sites, conservation sites, museums, parks, etc. ) and examine the sites' risk to climate change and evaluate the sites' plans for adaptation to and/or protecting from hazards.
