Recruiting and retaining quality student-athletes at ABC College continues to be a very high priority for the athletics department. Recent recruiting and retention efforts of many of ABC's teams have not been very successful, falling considerably behind the national averages of colleges with similar-size enrollments and programs. 

As the new Director of Athletics, you recognize that there needs to be significant improvement in the recruitment and retention efforts.
