Discuss how the select and proposed characteristics of authentic leadership (Figure 9.1) complement each of the primary four components (Figure 9.2). For example, how do the characteristics of relationship and connectedness relate to the component of relational transparency? Self-discipline and consistency relate to balanced processing?
