Regarding the $2$ communicating satellites in question $4\mathrm{.}11,$ I don't understand the table values. The $-2$ dB for radio would be equal to $0\mathrm{.}63096$ mW$.$ Dividing by $4,16,64$ and $256,$ and then converting back to dB$,$one would get $-8,-14,-20$ and $-32$ dB$.$ For the wired, $-3$ dB corresponds to $\mathrm{.}50119$ mW$.$ Dividing by $2$ four times and converting back to dB$,$ one would get $-6,-9,-12$ and $-15$ dB$.$ Are these values wrong.?
