Depending on the types of change it could affect the project timeline, the amount of money that will be spent on the project, extra materials that will be needed, and if new individuals need to be hired to help with the changes (Molly, 2007). When setting up the planning phase allowing room for changes, should be considered ( Kerzner, 2022). Reading through the entire contract in the future and making sure that any discrepancy is addressed before contract is signed is a good way to not have any issues. Thought on changes with project is going to happen, not everything is 100 percent, and sometimes the individuals to start a project, may not be there mid-point and may have different ways and ideas to make improvements to the project.
