reply to this post in one paragraph. I feel the talent pool is lacking experience. It is a vicious cycle of having so many newly graduated project managers without enough experience. I have always been a strong believer in working your way up in the ranks. start at the bottom and know everyone else job underneath you and that will make you a stronger leader. From the case study, I always forget that there are different areas that project managers can be in. I'm always referring to construction when I'm thinking about project management. In reading the case study it reminded me of the different avenues you can take in your Project manager career. But it can impact me if I decide to take my career in a different direction
