I believe clinical trials arenecessary if they are making a claim of this kind. This claim is definitely misleading if it is not backed up with real proof. Customers have the right to be informed with trustful information, and the clinical trials are necessary to make sure they do not put people's lives at risk because of misleading information. The company could probably even get more clients if they back up their claims and the product really works. Consumers always choose a company they can trust, and a company that is making claims without proof is not the right choice.
