1.Carry out a SWOT Analysis for the organisation. This should be informed by External and Internal Environment Analysis using the appropriate frameworks and tools.

2.Using the information obtained from the Environment Analysis, identify the appropriate generic strategy/ies that your chosen organisation should adopt. Compare this with the actual strategies employed by the firm.

3.Comment on the Overall Strategic Direction (Grand Strategies) of the firm with evidence.
