a. Land and a building, valued at P50,000 and P125,000, respectively, were received as a gift. b. The General Current Fund makes P50,000 available for additions to building, and P47,500 is expenses for this purpose. c. Serial bonds of P250,000 are issued to finance new plant; P150,000 is paid for the construction of a new building and P95,000 is paid for a new equipment. d. Cash of P15,000, representing endowment income available for plant renewals and replacements, is received. e. P10,000 is received from the general current fund, and this is applied to the retirement of current bond maturities. f. Land valued at P200,000 and building valued at P350,000 are transferred to the school in an annuity arrangement providing for the payment of net income on the property to the donor for the rest of his life.
