The Howells' broker issued them o Form 1099-B showing the soles proceeds net of the commissions paid. For example, the IBM soles proceeds were reported os $15,600 on the Form 1099B they received. In sddition to the sales reflected in the table sbove, the Howells provided you with the following additionsl information concerning 2023: - The Howells received o Form 1099B from the Vonguard mutual fund reporting o $900 long-term copitsl gain distribution.
