Requirements Analysis identifies customer needs and expectations. It is in this stage that business professionals must create to defined model a of the system or application. Requirements describe system properties or attributes. In other words, answer the question, what is the application expected to do? Requirements analysis is critical to understand the complexity of the system requirements. While it may be a single application, there are concurrent expectations necessary that business analysis must identify organizationally both internally and externally.
