Performance measurement systems are an integral part of an organisation's planning and control process as it assists managers to assess the value added through its operations and activities. Measuring performance incorporates both financial and non-financial performance measures as part of strategic performance measurement system (SPMS).

an internet search on Fiji Times website (https://www.fijitimes.com/); Fiji Sun Website (https://fijisun.com.fj/); FBC news (https://www.fbcnews.com.fj/); Pacific Private Sector Organisation (www.pipso.org.f) or Google and read about the Fiji Hot Bread Kitchen and answer the following requirements

1. very brief background of Fiji Hot Bread Kitchen specifying its mission (less than half a page).

2. Develop an appropriate Balanced scorecard in a tabular format - to measure its performance. For each of the perspectives, you must state the appropriate objectives, two lag and two lead indicators (Lag and Lead indicators must be reflective of Fiji Hot Bread Kitchen's operation. General lag and lead indicators are not acceptable.

3. Discuss how Fiji Hot Bread Kitchen can link the balance scorecard to its reward system to award bonus payments to its employees.
