Research paper; Given a case for example we have a 40 yrs old man fired from the bank after working honestly for years right from college. The man was let go just because of over looking a rule which doesnt allow using social media personally if in the office. He was told that he disobeyed the rule for using the company computer and time. He tries to argue that it was brief and not always, just like others who decide to take a break in the day, but the bank doesnt accept.
The question would be that the internet is now a modern office necessity, and every company has it and emails. What will this cause? will it lead to workers stealing company time? others would argue that it helps with quick exchange of information. How can companies handle this problem? Are there any policies that can be put in place that can also accept employee use of internet?
