. Researchers conducted an experiment to compare the average oral body temperature (in F) for persons taking one of 5 different medications often prescribed for high blood pressure. The names of the meds were not supplied by the researchers for the Medication factor (Med), so we will call the 5 medication levels A, B, C, D, and E. The researchers were concerned that the effect of the drug may be different depending on the severity of the patient high blood pressure disorder. Patients with high blood pressure who satisfy the study entrance criteria were classified into one of the two levels of the second factor severity (Sev) of the blood pressure disorder. The two levels of severity were not described in detail, so we will call those X and Y. The patients were then randomly assigned to receive one of the five medications. Each patient in the study was given the assigned medication at 6:00 A.M. of the designated study day. Temperatures were taken at hourly intervals beginning at 8:00 A.M. and continuing for 10 hours. During this time, the patients were not allowed to doany physical activity and had to lie in bed. To eliminate the variability of temperature readings within a day, the average of the hourly determinations was the recorded response for each patient. These data can be imported using the code:

The researchers would like you to:
Test the two factors to ensure that the Med factor does not interact with the Sev factor.
Test to see if there are differences in the average Temp readings among the levels of the Medication factor. Test to see if there is a difference in the average Temp readings between the levels of the Severity factor.
Report any of your findings you think are relevant to their study.
