The two e-commerce that utilizes a different e-commerce business model would be Amazon and Stitch Fix. Amazon is an online shopping platform where both consumers and business owners can sell items or purchase from them. Additionally, Stitch Fix is a subscription base where consumers are able to personalize and customize their preferences for clothing. The purpose of Customer relationship management in a business is to make sure the customer is getting the service and support that the buyer needs once the sale as been completed or in the process (Contributor, 2020). Amazon used CRM by managing the buyer and seller relationship. For example, once people buy the product, Amazon would store their data of purchase history and recommend a product that is appropriate for the buyer. On the other hand, the seller has tools and analytic data on their end that will help keep track of their product sales. Furthermore, Stitch Fix uses CRM by enabling the buyer to a personalized fashion and design of their choice. For example, once the customer starts a subscription with the company, they must answer an extensive amount of questions that suit them best and then able to deliver clothing of their preference.

Supply Chain Management helps the business with ensuring that the business has enough inventory, finances, and information. Amazon uses SCM in a way that helps them communicate with a vast supply chain. By doing so, Amazon had success in having multiple fulfillment centers as well as consistently getting inventory across the world. Additionally, Stich Fix uses SCM by networking with other designers and brands to ensure that the buyers get what they selected. E-collaboration is important for both businesses. E-collaboration helps Amazon with ensuring that the order processing is in a timely manner, full inventory, and communication between the company as well as seller/buyers. Lastly, E-collaboration helps Stitch Fix by being able to provide customer preferences, analyze feedback, and patterns to ensure customer needs are delivered.
